Who we are
This website, phigraph.com, is operated by Phigraph LLC (“Phigraph”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and keep the website secure:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Email: anything you send us when you write to us directly or book an intro call by email.
- Technical data: your IP address, which is attached to form messages to help us block spam and abuse, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time).
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the website and our inbox from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations, for example accounting records if we end up working together (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you send the contact form, the server sets one strictly necessary session cookie that limits repeated submissions; it is deleted when you close your browser.
Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties such as Google Fonts.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and email — our hosting, content-delivery and email providers — acting on our instructions as processors. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us at [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with data protection laws, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
