Complex products, designed from a blank canvas.

01Health tech·CRM platform

A clinic CRM, built from scratch

The web platform clinics and gyms run their business on — client records, lab orders, prescriptions, billing and email campaigns — designed from zero, module by module.

Challenge

No off-the-shelf CRM understood lab panels, biomarker ranges, retest cycles or prescription logic.

Approach

Scannable tables as the backbone, a full status vocabulary, and rule builders that read like sentences.

02Health tech·AI-guided experience

A consultation an AI can run

Fragmented metabolic data turned into a three-act guided consultation that a human coach — or an AI agent — can deliver end-to-end.

Challenge

Coaches improvised tours across many screens, so the experience couldn't be structured — or automated.

Approach

A story with a protagonist, and one interface an AI operates exactly like a human, with handover anytime.

03Health tech·Mobile app

Redesigning a hardware-testing app

A “re-skin” brief that became 0-to-1 mobile design: the iOS app trainers use to run live metabolic tests in front of paying clients.

Challenge

The app runs mid-session, tethered to hardware that can fail a dozen ways — calm and clarity are the product.

Approach

A glanceable live screen where the progress ring is the countdown, and an actionable state for every failure.

04Health tech·Onboarding flow

Removing the drop-off wall from an intake

A 33-question mobile intake restructured into an adaptive, card-based flow that feeds a personalized meal-plan engine.

Challenge

A wall of near-identical food screens drove drop-off, and clinical jargon produced unreliable answers.

Approach

Four named sections, conditional branching, neutral-by-default cards and plain-language copy.

Process

From rough brief to shipped product.

A clear, repeatable process — so you always know what's happening, what's next and why.

  1. Research

User, competitor and domain research to find the problem worth solving.

  2. Explore

Mockups that make direction tangible and open the discussion early.

  3. Iterate

Tightened with feedback from product, engineering and real users.

  4. Systemize

Components, states and patterns that keep every screen coherent.

  5. Ship & grow

Reviews, engineering handoff, launch — then measurement and growth.

Studio

We like building things from nothing — and turning them into products people run their business on.

0-to-1 is our specialty

CRMs, guided experiences and mobile flows, designed from a blank canvas to production.

Full cycle, no handoff gaps

Research, design, systems and delivery covered by one team — nothing lost between steps.

AI as a working partner

We explore faster and prototype earlier with AI — and design interfaces an AI agent can operate reliably.

Honest over impressive

Clear data, plain language and decisions you can trace — in the product and in our reports.

The mark

From zero to one.
Together they make Φ.

Phigraph designs digital products from a blank canvas. The capital Greek letter Φ is, quite literally, a 0 with a 1 passing through it — so the mark was never invented, only found inside the name.

The 0 is the empty canvas; the 1 is the first product that comes alive. Together they are the two digits of code — the software side of the studio. And as Φ, the mark carries the golden ratio: the harmony every good design is looking for.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you design products from scratch?

Yes. 0-to-1 work is what we do best — from a rough brief through research, flows and a component system to an engineering-ready product.

Can you join an existing product team?

Yes. As an embedded design partner we work inside your tools and rituals — Figma, Jira or Linear, Slack — alongside your product managers and engineers.

How long does a project take?

A company website typically takes 3–6 weeks. Larger products — web apps, CRMs, mobile apps — are planned in phases so you see working design early.

Do you maintain websites after launch?

Yes. Monthly plans cover updates, backups, security, performance, SEO and content changes.

How is pricing structured?

After a free intro call we send a proposal with a fixed project price or a monthly retainer — no hidden fees.
